Good points. I don’t think that most people would recognize bullying in the work place. They would call it teasing and some people will laugh and go on about their business. Society has become too accepting of teasing/bullying.An adult bully was once a child bully. Others disguise their behavior by using the term I am just “being honest or up front”. I am not in favor of any language or actions in the work place that targets anyone with the intent to cause mental harm.
